All standard shipping for Australian orders above $50 is FREE, otherwise it will be a flat rate of $8. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days

All orders ship from Sydney using Australia Post on Monday-Friday
We will try our best to ship orders on the same day if ordered before 3 pm, however some orders may take longer.
Please note that Victory Wellness cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the carrier has delivered the parcel.
*Please note orders to WA may take up to 5 working days with Express.
International Orders (outside of Australia):
Express orders ship via DHL Express and standard orders via DHL Global Mail. Please refer to our checkout page for detailed pricing.
All international orders shipped outside of Australia with DHL may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
What happens if I decide I don't like the products I ordered (before I use them)?
No problem. Just send your products back in resaleable condition (unopened and unused) within 7 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form - see below for how to request one.
What about if the product is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a replacement, exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the results from using the product?
Individual results vary depending on your condition and there are multiple factors that come into play. Please contact us so we can help you through your journey and find appropriate treatments and products to achieve the best result.
How to return products:
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a returns form, which you'll need to print and fill out and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
You'll then need to send the products to us via a trackable postal or courier service. Please note that your return must be sent back within 10 business days of the order date.
